Winning commission for an ocean view condo in Porto
The project named ’Miramar Tower´ is about a housing tower with groundfloor + 15 floors in a current urban void located in Foz do Douro.
The Design Strategy is compeling in terms of typology efficiency and image outline. The volumetric composition is the result of the architecture drive and sensibility with the overlaping imputs and suggestions of the client, the engineers and real estate agents.
