Winning proposal for an ocean view condo in Porto
The site, located in Foz do Douro, in Porto, is in a privileged area with a continuous seafront. Facing renowned Avenida de Montevideu, the property features a striking stand-alone palace, beautiful ornaments and a front elevation of great presence and affirmation. The inside offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. The plot links, at an upper level, to Rua de Gondarém. It is also worth mentioning the presence of two Metrosideros trees, of such historical importance that they were classified of public interest, since they are believed to be of the same age as those in Avenida de Montevideu. The large trees and the small palace establish a dialogue of complicity, displaying a character of recognized magnificence.
