Our proposal is conciliatory and it stands out in a few words: from a vacant outstanding building, a simple and balanced building is born in an urban emptiness, which is intended to emphasize, to dynamize a city in accordance with its program and image but which maintains the city to breathe and pulsate with the new public spaces it offers and with the renewed vitality and new ambitions of its image.
