Vertical landmark on a new masterplan development
This project is about a housing tower with ground floor + 21 floors in a current allotment plan located in Leça da Palmeira.
The allotment plan is placed in a site given by the City hall to a metallugical
factory called Facar, It is divided in 2 different wings (north and south) and will house around 7.000 new inhabitants by the time is complete.
The plot 15 has 3255sqm and consists in a large podium wih 55 x 59
meters and from where rises a commercial low building and an 22 storeys tower.
