Junior Communication Designer

OODA is seeking an ambitious and talented Junior Communication Designer to join our Communications Department and support the studio’s visual and graphic communication across multiple platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of architecture, graphic design, visual identity, and storytelling. You will work closely with the Head of Communications, contributing to the visual expression of OODA’s projects, ideas, and brand at both national and international levels.

Role Description

As a Junior Communication Designer, you will support the development of visual content for press, digital platforms, and institutional communication. From designing press materials and presentations to supporting digital content and brand assets, you will play an active role in shaping how OODA communicates visually.

You will collaborate closely with the communications and design teams, contributing to graphic materials, brand consistency, and visual storytelling across projects, publications, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and producing press kits, presentations, and communication materials

Developing graphic content for digital platforms and social media

Contributing to visual identity materials and brand communication assets

Supporting the production of visual content for publications, conferences, and events

Assisting in the preparation of layouts, brochures, and institutional documents

Organising and maintaining digital communication assets and visual archives

Providing ongoing graphic and communication support to the team

Candidate Profile

Mandatory academic background in Communication Design or Graphic Design

Strong graphic design and visual communication skills, with a solid sense of layout and composition

Experience producing visual content for print and digital platforms

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented attitude

Genuine interest in architecture, design, and visual communication

Immediate availability

Eligible for an IEFP professional internship
