The plot is located between two contrasting urban scales: a fragmented, unplanned city with low-rise buildings from a previous era, and a more vertical city with well-planned axes and modern developments. The project engages with both conditions, acknowledging urban memory while exploring opportunities for vertical development.
In surrounding neighborhoods, public space is often organized according to the principle of wall & greenery, creating strong separations between public and private realms. The project translates this principle into a contemporary approach by introducing vegetated slopes, which soften barriers and interact with the topography to enhance permeability.

The surrounding context is a mixed-use environment with universities, schools, markets, and residential developments. The project introduces public squares and circulation routes to connect these functions and reinforce integration.
The design follows a modular grid, facilitating prefabrication, construction efficiency, and adaptability. Environmental strategies focus on local materials, indoor comfort, and air quality, contributing to the project’s identity.
