OODA is growing, and we are looking for a Back Office Assistant to provide essential support to our team. We value professionals who are focused, organized, dynamic, and eager to contribute to the efficiency, well-being, and development of our structure in Porto.
Main Responsibilities
– Daily administrative support (filing, email management, and telephone reception);
– Planning maintenance needs, office supplies, and corporate travel;
– Processing payments and supporting administrative management;
– Organizing small logistical tasks in the office.
Additional Responsibilities
– Supporting recruitment processes and onboarding of new team members;
– Ensuring maintenance and organization of employee records;
– Assisting with internal communication and team well-being initiatives;
– Collaborating in the coordination of training and HR processes.
Profile
– Excellent organizational and time management skills;
– Clear and effective written and verbal communication (fluency in English is mandatory);
– Valid driving license;
– Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented.
