The proximity between all members in the team corresponds to the design process, without compartments or hierarchical divisions of a horizontal organizational structure. The mobility and versatility of the project teams require this to be the case.
Collaboration
The versatility and speed, allied to personal involvement, demand shrewd experimentalism and pragmatism that induces confidence and hope for the entire team. OODA always cares about the best option and the best solution and all contributions, regardless of the author, are heard and considered. The structure is identified by the responsibilities and individual capacities but the collective dynamism prevails in all works in progress.
Sharing information, collaborating and finalising tasks, overcoming difficulties collectively are all essential initiatives here. The notion of group and collective is fundamental, followed by motivation and dynamic collaboration that does not give up individual coordination and accountability.
Cultural and intellectual exchange provides a strong stimulus to creativity in thought and design. This has led to international partnerships with Bence Pap, Ezhil Vignesh, Fernando Romero, OOIIO, AJA, Metro Arquitetos, Meandre-ETC, Kengo Kuma and Bjarke Ingels and their national ones with AND-RÉ, Menos é Mais, José Manuel Carvalho Araújo and Eduardo Souto de Moura.
