OODA always cares about the best option and the best solution and all contributions, regardless of the author, are heard and considered. The structure is identified by the responsibilities and individual capacities but the collective dynamism prevails in all works in progress.
Sharing information, collaborating and finalising tasks, overcoming difficulties collectively are all essential initiatives here. The notion of group and collective is fundamental, followed by motivation and dynamic collaboration that does not give up individual coordination and accountability.
Cultural and intellectual exchange provides a strong stimulus to creativity in thought and design.
