Junior Architect (Porto)

OODA is looking for a junior architect to join our team in Porto and contribute to the creation of innovative, high-quality projects. This role demands a creative vision and a strategic approach to conceptual design, ensuring that each project reflects unique ideas while being developed with technical and artistic rigor.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

— Collaborate on concept design development for architectural projects, creating original proposals that integrate aesthetics and functionality;

– Develop and communicate conceptual ideas effectively, using software such as Rhino 3D, AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, to visualize and present concepts;

– Participate in defining visual concepts, participating in all project phases from initial conception through execution;

– Support the organization and planning of projects within multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and creative approach;

– Demonstrate proficient communication skills in both portuguese and english, essential for concept presentation and interaction with teams and clients;

– Proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking, with a focus on innovation and design excellence.

 

Profile Requirements

 

– Master’s degree in Architecture;

– Advanced knowledge in Rhino 3D,  AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office;

–  Knowledge of Revit (preferably);

– Ability to work effectively within a team, showing collaborative spirit, organization, and adaptability;

– Eligibility to work in Portugal.

Architect (Lisbon)

OODA is looking for an Architect to join our team in Lisbon, with strong technical skills to support the development of high-quality, innovative projects. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit, which will be a central tool in achieving precision and detail across all project phases, along with expertise in other essential architecture software.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

— Contribute to the development and execution of architectural projects with a strong focus on Revit, ensuring accuracy, detail, and efficiency in all phases;

– Actively participate in resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with functional and aesthetic requirements;

– Assist in the organization and planning of projects within multidisciplinary teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient approach;

– Maintain clear and fluent communication in both portuguese and english, written and spoken;

– Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and adaptability, with a proactive attitude in pursuing innovative solutions.

 

Profile Requirements

 

– Master’s degree in Architecture;

– Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory requirement), with proven ability to use the tool in medium to large-scale projects;

– Knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino 3D, and Microsoft Office, to model, visualize, and document the project;

– Strong team collaboration skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities;

– Eligibility to work in Portugal.

Junior Assistant Controller (Porto)

OODA is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking to strengthen its team by integrating an Intern with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, or related fields, to assist in our Controlling and Pricing Department. Role and Responsibilities

 

— Support in organizing, analyzing, and processing management information;

– Preparing regular reports to support decision-making;

– Monitoring cost structures and calculating service hourly costs;

– Supporting the development of performance measurement methods and KPIs;

– Participating in the creation of mechanisms for continuous financial health evaluation of projects and the organization;

– Integrating into the company’s planning, organization, direction, and management control processes.

 

Profile Requirements

 

– Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management or related areas;

– Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset;

– Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, planning, and pricing;

– Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, especially Excel and Power BI;

– Good communication skills and team spirit;

– Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and eagerness to learn;

– Proficiency in Portuguese, both written and spoken;

– English reading, speaking, and comprehension skills will be valued;

– Eligible to work in Portugal.
